8:45am session is a 5km run (sub 5km row)- meet at the Hut as usual
It has been a LONG time since we have tested this distance event… we will do some warm up, a few run drills, some discussion about pacing- and then head out to the starting line. The run is entirely on Old Malibu Road. Scaled version is a 30 minute fun for max distance (15 minutes out and return)
10am session is the Saturday morning partner/team WOD
