Tuesday 150811 RDLs and AMRAP 12

As part of the Summer Bingo game we have a few squares that ask you to tell everyone about some of the resources you are finding or exploring.  What are your favorite health/fitness/wellness podcasts?  Do you happen to be reading a motivating and inspiring book that you can share?  As we watch many of the squares on the chalkboard bingo card fill up- it is easy to notice that the podcast and the book categories have yet to receive any marks.  So help each other out and post some of the podcasts that you find informative and helpful… and let us know about a book that you have read that we should know about so we can add it to our summer reading list!  We still have a few weeks of summer left after all!
