The heart of CrossFit resides in triplets and couplets. Two movements back and forth for a few rounds. A few handfuls of minutes- push hard, even harder. Today we have 2 sets of couplets… A moderate break and then hit another couplet. One of the primary indicators of fitness is the ability to recover quickly and then go again. Which is why we are trying this double couplet today. Push it for 90 reps, rest 5 minutes- regain physical and mental composure- and then 90 more reps. Maybe you noticed the reverse ladder for round two. THAT’s gonna be fun:)

front squat (70/55kg from ground)
pull ups
rest exactly 5 minutes then,
9-15-21 reps/round for time of:
push press (50/35kg from ground)
hang power clean
