Wednesday 150728 Cindy Rounds and Row for Distance

Summer is well underway and our bingo game is going strong. It is evident that a lot of you  are trying AND learning new things outside and in the gym.  Let’s see more photos of you completing your BINGO categories.  I know Dr. Deb is been out in the water surfing more often- she is also signed up for the summer water series!).  Darryl just bought a new skateboard to start learning how to ride. Many others have been out hiking and climbing, others have been playing tennis, or are in the water more frequently, and even others who have plans to visit another CrossFit box- sometimes this is more fun if you bring someone with you.  So grab a friend and Go Outside And Play! ) I’m looking forward to keeping the summer vibes going and seeing more photos of our strong community out in the world playing!  Post pics to Facebook: CrossFit Malibu, Instagram: CrossFitMalibu-and tag us!    -Kolby

Wednesday 7, 9, 10am, 4, 5pm WODs.  Underground strength finale 6pm
Four rounds each beginning on the 6 minute mark of:
Two rounds of Cindy (5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats) and then,
Max distance row until the 3:30 mark
Rest exactly 2:30
Post each of the 4 distances AND total row distance to chalkboard/journals
Ex: 430m+400m+370m+390m=1590m (Cindy Rx)
