Saturday Sessions

8:45am:  Any benchmark- shoot to PR any “girl WOD”, any met-con or lift.  The only requirement is that you have a previous score to compare to… This is a Test! 🙂 If you weren’t able to make Jackie this week or Helen last week- those would be good choices. If you are ready to hit a PR in a lift or other gymnastics movement, that would work well too.
