Today’s WOD is a part of this year’s Masters/Teens CrossFit Games event. We will be closely replicating this long chipper as a part of our on-going “Friday Chippers.” That is- every 2 or 3 weeks we run a chipper style WOD on a Friday- which means there are more movements than usual, the rep schemes are in larger blocks, and typically the time domains are closer to the 20 minute mark. Today there is a strict 20 minute cut-off, just like in the Games Event. So chip away as far into this list of activities as you can… and if you finish post your TIME. If you don’t, post CAP+number of reps you needed to finish the 200 rep work list.
Say HI to Manny when you see him back around the Hut. He had a significant injury while at work 2 weeks ago- hospitalized overnight and everything. He is back on his feet and doing well. A chip of metal lodged into one of his arteries and he lost a significant amount of blood in the span of a few seconds until they applied pressure. The piece of metal is still in his arm- and they are waiting to take it out.
Friday 7, 9, 10am, 3 and 5pm.
