Gymnastics specialty class with Kolby moves into its second phase today. The new focus is on HANDSTANDS- with work in 3 different areas: handstand holds, handstand pushups, and handstand walking. Other, more fundamental skills and accessory movements are also part of the hour. You will benefit most from these sessions if you attend all 6 of them, and if you can only make a few of them… you WILL benefit, just not as much. Still, we’d like to have you.
