The next Summer BINGO Category: Fitness Education

  • Read 3 CrossFit Journal articles of your choice- though they need to be related to improving YOU rather than a human-interest story or a Games-related feature. Post all 3 article titles or links AND the single most relevant piece of information or fact that you learned.
  • Find and cook a Whole Life Challenge or Paleo compliant recipe. It needs to be something you have never made before and must include an ingredient that is new or novel to you. Post a picture of the completed meal AND a link to the recipe AND 1 tip or suggestion for others who will take a shot at making it.
  • Read a book about training– Something related to improving physical capacity, something regarding the mental aspect of training, a biography of an athlete, or other book that involved pushing human performance. Post the title of the book AND the single most relevant piece of information or fact that you learned.
  • Visit a doctor or dentist– Get your eyes checked, your teeth cleaned, and/or an annual physical. A suggestion to make the appointment that is the MOST relevant for you- especially if you’ve been putting it off. Post what doctor you saw and any general description about the visit. No details necessary!
  • Listen to 3 health/fitness related podcasts– This can be related to diet, exercise, nutrition, spirituality, stress reduction- any wellness topic that could have the capacity to make your life better. For those not tech-savvy- substitute with attendance at 1 live speaker event with a related topic. Post 1 podcast or event title with a link AND the single most relevant piece of information or fact that you learned.
