Wednesday 7, 9, 10am, 4, 5pm WODs. Underground strength at 6pm
Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes of:
Hang power snatch, 2 reps (as heavy as possible)
Overhead squat, 3 reps
Post load and number of sets at that load to chalkboard/journals
