All who participated in this summer WLC- congrats and well done. Special CONGRATS go out to the 11 athletes (so far) who completed the challenge by posting all post-test metrics and making it through to completion so far… as it is not too late to submit scores and cross that finish line!
Here are the official CFM results and prizes for the Summer Whole Life Challenge!
First Prize– Chris B: a 2 hour “Go Outside and Play” fitness adventure and play session for 2 people. Can include trail hiking/running/biking, paddling (SUP or Kayak), Beach WOD, and other adventurous activities.
Second Prize- Steve I: Two individual training blocks including a 1 hour individual training session: you choose your area/s of concentration- gymnastics, oly, power lifting, endurance, met-con or a mix. Then a follow up with a 30 minute session to brush up on those skills.
Third Prize- Dr Jo: A 1 hour individual training session: you choose your areas of concentration- gymnastics, oly, power lifting, endurance, met-con or a mix.
