In each class session today everyone in attendance will do the CrossFit Malibu WLC Post Test. Keep in mind that the 8am Fundamentals time slot is also doing the same WOD… this time is open for anyone to do it too (classes are usually small at 8am) Final chance at completing our CFM official WLC Post Test WOD is this Saturday at 8:45am.
Kolby and Mike will be measuring hip and waist circumferences- this is the physical preliminary info that was measured and now is being remeasured for the end of the challenge… find one of us and we will get your measurements. Enter your score (time) as well as your physical measurements on the WLC website. After you have posted this data- we can validate your numbers before the final results are tabulated. Finally, take personal photos of yourself to compare against your prelim pics. Hope you took them! … everyone loves to have evidence of positive change over time- and if you feel like sharing them with us… send em in!
As a team we rank in the top 30% this round of the challenge. Pretty sure this is our top team score ever! Last challenge we were right about 50%…. good teamwork.Thursday- 6, 7, 8, 9am, 4, 6pm WODs. Powerlifting class 5pm
