Posted below is the class schedule for CrossFit Malibu. You can find this on our website HERE when you are wondering what time various classes begin. Later in the week we will have some hard copies of these schedules that you can hang on your refrigerator, attach to your sun visor in the car, or pinned up in the cubicle at work- your choice. But the BEST location will be the one that can keep you informed and motivated when you most need it during the day when you start to wonder if you have time to make it to the Hut today… or any day. Tuesday 6, 7, 9am, 4, 6pm WODs. FUNdamentals 8am, Gymnastics 5pm.
10-1 reps with 1-10 reps for time of:
Push jerk/press (60/45kg)
Burpees
Post load and time to chalkboard/journal.
