Thursday 150611 Power Snatch 5×5

Join Julia and the rest of the gang- including David, David, Jess, Stan, John, Trisha, Lincoln, Clara, Dr Deb, Jessica and Josh- for the first night of Powerlifting Class tonight at 5pm.  One day each week this group will meet to work on strength development of the lifts involved in the sport of powerlifting: deadlift, back squat, bench press.  While the sport is limited to these 3 lifts in competition… training for these movements involves a wide variety of deads, squats and presses- along with other accessory movements that complement them.  Come get stronger with a great group of people.  The weeks will lead up to a CrossFit Total Event NIght six weeks from now… show up, train hard, and keep coming back!
