All you Whole Life Challengers out there in the current WLC already know that our current lifestyle challenge is to enjoy a meal or a cup of tea/coffee with friends… to take the time to invite someone over or to meet up at a restaurant and just engage in conversation with someone you get along with. Even if you are not currently participating in the Whole Life Challenge- you might decide to participate in this one! It is as simple as calling someone up, setting a time, and hanging out with people you like:) Yes that is true- you are busy, lots of other things to do- but go ahead and organize some time with friends… everyone wins!
Today is the final mobility session for the Thursday 5pm specialty class slot. Come on for a mobility class this weekend during `the early Saturday 8:45am rotation.
Thursday 6, 7, 9am, 4, 6pm WODs. Fundamentals 8am, Mobility 5pm.
