Monday 150601 800m Run Repeats

Within the early minutes of each WOD over the month of May athletes took part in the Tabata Your Weakness challenge.  Four minutes or so dedicated to improving a bodyweight movement, a static hold or improved positioning via targeted mobility work.  So- how’d it go?  Did you get better?  Are you more proficient with the “weakness” you targeted?  How do you know?  Post to comments.
Strength class tonight will be the post-test of shoulder press that has been the focus of the series for the month of May.  Join in and be among the first on the June PR board!
This week are the final Tuesday and Thursday 5pm Olympic Lifting and Mobility classes.  Beginning the week of June 9 and 11th the 5pm specialty classes will switch over to Gymnastics and Powerlifting, respectively.  These will each run in a 6 week series with culminating events on July 14th and 16th- join in on the special-ness.

Four rounds, each for time of:
800m run
Rest as needed between each round
Post each 800m run time to chalkboard/journals
