A few classes changes to announce to you. The Tuesday and Thursday 5pm time slot has been a dedicated “specialty” class on the schedule and it is time to add some variety to the programming. Beginning on Tuesday June 9th, Kolby will be teaching a 5pm GYMNASTICS FOCUS hour and beginning on Thursday June 11th, Julia will be teaching a 5pm POWERLIFTING FOCUS hour. You are highly encouraged to add these training sessions to your weekly routine/regimen. You might choose to add JUST the gymnastics class or JUST the powerlifting class and try it out for the 6 week series. You are HIGHLY encouraged to attend ALL of the 6 sessions. They each come with culminating activities that will happen during class on July 14th and 16th respectively. Kolby and Julia have each done some recent advanced training in these domains and are looking forward to sharing their knowledge and experience with you. Strength class on Monday and Wednesdays continues at 6am. Your culminating shoulder press post test for “May Strength” is on June 1st! June Strength focus to be announced soon!
