Tuesday 150512 AMReP 9 Minutes

You may or may not know that CrossFit is the largest fitness company in the history of such things.  If you watched Sunday night’s 60 Minutes piece on CrossFit and its founder/owner Greg Glassman then you know already know a bit about this.  You may or may not know that while 99% of humans who do CrossFit do so to become fitter and healthier human beings, there is this other 1% of the CrossFit world who use the exercise program as their sport and they are vying for the title of “Fittest Human on Earth.” There is another category of CrossFitting human… it is the group of CrossFitters who DO the program AND enjoy watching the 1% compete.  The next step in this process of crowning the fittest man and woman on earth is the CrossFit Games Regionals and they start this coming weekend- with all events streamed live from the CrossFit Games website.  Watch the action, be amazing AND inspired.  By watching you will KNOW that you are capable of more than you think- regardless of whether or not you ever stand a chance of making it to “The Games.”

Tuesday 6, 7, 9am, 4 and 6pm WODs.  Fundamentals 8am, Strength 5pm.
As many reps as possible in 9 minutes of:
6 scott-ups (Abmat on a 25kg/10kg plate, anchored feet)
3 DB hang squat cleans (50/35#)
6 scott ups
6 DB hang squat cleans
6 scott ups
9 DB hang squat cleans
6 scott ups
12 DB hang squat cleans
6 scott ups
15 DB hang squat cleans… continue with this rep scheme.
Post total number of reps completed to chalkboard/journals
