Friday 150424 Five Rounds of Max Rep DUs

You remember the WOD yesterday… well let’s try the same format once again but with different movements.  Thursday it was heavy pull ups and today it is heavy deadlifts- 5 reps.  Thursday is was 10 push ups to go with the pulls and today it is sit ups which oppose the deadlifts.  Thursday it was squats…. lots and lots of body weight squats and today it is double unders- as many as you can get until the 2 minute mark.  You will be happy for the 2 minute break before you have to start back up again.  Same interval sequence two days in a row of HEAVY, LIGHT and then FAST, with time to recover then go again.  Didn’t make it in on Thursday?   Well, then glad you can get a feel for this template today.  Oh, you DID come in on Thursday- even better- you can compare and contrast your experiences!

noon-2:30 Rowing Workshop- 2 seats remaining
Friday 7, 9, 10am, then again at 3 and 5pm
5 rounds on the four minute mark:
5 deadlifts (at ~85% of 1RM)
10 abmat sit ups
Max rep double unders until the 2 minute mark
Post load and total number of double unders.
