Dr Jo has a wide range of outdoor/active pursuits.  She first tried out CrossFit Malibu about 3 years ago when she, her sister and a friend were preparing for the Tough Mudder.  The one in the San Bernardino Mountains on a Sunday in June where temperatures dropped below freezing- and coupled with the 7000-8000 feet of altitude- she actually had to use her ER physician experience to help out!  Having grown up in Malibu, she is an avid surfer.  She has been a part of the Malibu Triathlon for years, does long distance cycling trips and tours, has hiked to Everest Base Camp with her mom, swims with the dolphins in Baja and prances with the penguins in Antarctica.  Before she became a doctor she spent lots of time in the woods as a wilderness EMT… living on sticks and berries 🙂

Wednesday 7, 9, 10am, 4 and 5pm.  Strength class 6pm
