Mobility class is back on for Thursday Nights at 5pm… you asked for it back following the completion of the Open Announcement Parties in previous weeks… and you got it!  Now alls you have to do is show up and get mob’ed.  Also there is a mobility session this coming Saturday morning at 8:45am- those Saturday sessions are on a rotating basis (along with Weekend Oly Tech Class, Benchmarks, Make-Ups and special Pre/Post testings).

Daylight Savings Time parking lot shift is now in effect: since there is daylight long after our final class ends each night, please revert back to parking in the dirt lot OR on Cross Creek Road. Again- no parking in any asphalted location for ANY classes.  Keep in mind that the only reason we have permission to park on the asphalt in the winter months is for safety- so that nobody has to walk out to their car in the pitch black darkness alone. Please park in the correct spots- start your warm up as a jog up to the Hut!  Thanks.
