Thursday 150312 WLC Post Test

Congrats to John Kingsbury for winning the lululemon gift certificate, there were only a few people who stuck it through all the way, 4 to be exact. There were however, 9 of you who were so close! within 5 points or less nutrition points away. Oh the temptations of food.  For all you who were REALLY excited about winning some FREE lululemon… John doesn’t even know what it is 🙂  Isn’t that what makes life great?!  Well, that AND yoga pants.

Awesome job keeping up the hard work all the way through the end. Post testing is tomorrow (March 12th) and final chance this Saturday at 8:45am

Make sure to find Kolby and get your final measurements in and your post pictures! We always love to see and hear about your results/ experiences.

Prizes are up on the Board at The Hut and are the following:

First Prize– a 2 hour “Go Outside and Play” fitness adventure and play session for 2 people.  Can include trail hiking/running/biking, paddling (SUP or Kayak), Beach WOD, and other adventurous activities.

Second Prize- Two individual training blocks including a 1 hour individual training session: you choose your area/s of concentration- gymnastics, oly, power lifting, endurance, met-con or a mix.  Then a follow up with a 30 minute session to brush up on those skills.

Third Prize- A 1 hour individual training session: you choose your areas of concentration- gymnastics, oly, power lifting, endurance, met-con or a mix.

You all are an amazing group of people and its been a pleasure competing with you.  keep up the momentum for the final few days here.  Get your pst-test results entered on the WLC website… then wait to see where you are on the leaderboard.  The overall winners will not be announced for another week as we give you all time to enter your final measurements and workout scores!

50 KB swings (Russian 24/20kg)
40 abmat sit ups
30 KB goblet squats
20 pull ups
10 KB step lunges
Max rep burpees with lateral jump over abmat

Compare to Jan 15th or Jan 17th in journals…  Know your target number, set up, and scaling so they are exactly the same.
