We have LOTs of outdoor workout space

Tuesday 150303 Feb 11th Revised

Well done to those who PR’d all over the month of February!  Lots of unique names on that list AND quite a few with more than one PR- great!  Be sure to update your whiteboard record if the category is on that board as well… mainly 1RM lifts.
Some advance notice on PR opportunities that are coming the near future… the first as early as next week with the post-test of the Whole Life Challenge WOD.  We will run that next week Thursday in all classes and Saturday morning at 8:45am alongside the Open WOD final shot.  Look at the chalkboard list of WLC prelim scores to remind yourself of what you are shooting for.  The Open WOD 15.2 just MIGHT be a PR shot- as it very well could be a repeat from a previous Open… do you have a guess??
Work on those Oly Lifts to get you in PR contention- Tuesdays at 5pm they continue… as well as strength class on Monday/Wednesday at 6pm.  Sometimes simply changing up the routine along with a variation on program stimulus yields great results.  And results is whats we is after.
Finally- when you get to the Hut today, take a look at February 11th in your journal.  It was a Wednesday, it was 4 rounds EACH for time… some prescribed rest was incorporated into that WOD.  Today we start in the same place with the same tools… and go through it 4 rounds FOR TIME.  As fast as you can… rest only as absolutely necessary.  Do some comparison on the total work time under the two training scenarios.  Interesting experiment.
Tuesday 6, 7, 9am, 4 and 6pm WODs.  Fundamentals 8am, Oly Tech 5pm
Four rounds for time of:
15 chest to bar pull ups
20 wall ball shots (20/14#)
