Thurs 6, 7, 9am, 4, 6pm WODs, FUNdamentals 8am, 5pm TH Nite Mobility class*
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
12 DB snatch (50/35#)
9 box jumps (24/20″)
6 Toes to bar
Post number of rounds and extra reps to jouranls/chalkbaord.
 
*Final TH mobility class until after the Open!– next week TH is the Open Annoucement Hour at 5pm- no formal class held.
