There are SO many great things to do in this life.  Actually- so many things to do THIS WEEK let alone this year!!  Whale watching on the Point or to yoga in Santa Monica?  Oly class at 5pm or watch the sunset on the beach from Zuma? Should I go paddling or trail running?  Deadlift BBQ on Friday night or a Starbucks date night in Santa Monica? Valentine’s Day Massacre (CrossFit competition in Ventura this Saturday) or lunch with family in Long Beach?  Watch the Point Dume Sprint Triathlon Sunday morning or sleep in til noon?
No, but really… there really ARE so many things that are fun and meaningful and worthwhile.  And seriously, not enough time in more than one lifetime to do them all.  So how do you figure out which ones to do and which ones to skip or put off til another time?
