Tuesday 170718 “Only One Run!”

Do you remember that one last Thursday? The one that started and ended with the heavy deadlifts with all those double unders in the middle? Now take a look below and check out some similarities. GO heavy on those deadlifts… so much so that you need to break up the reps into a few sets, even on the opening set. Today you will get in two sets of toes to bar (instead of last week’s scott ups) and another 2 sets of KB swings (in place of the 8 reps of rope climbs). Try it out and see how this one compares to last Thursday.
