What is the Whole Life Challenge?
It is a game of change- a challenge to see what sort of change you can make over the course of 55 days while checking in daily to a website to report nutrition, exercise, mobility, supplements, sleep, relaxation and more.

—With so many of us going through it together, this is the time and the place to have a supportive atmosphere to make some of these changes.  You can also invite family members and friends to officially join tht=e challenge and go participate WITH you/us.

Tabata timing for this week: only one movement for 8 rounds.
Rounds 1-4 are “inverted” timing of: 
10 seconds ON, 20 seconds OFF, Rounds 5-8 are standard of 20 seconds ON, 10 seconds OFF.  
Scoring= count TOTAL REPS / 8 sets (the average)
Monday’s WOD: class times at 7, 9, 10am and 4, 5pm.  Strength class at 6pm.
Tabata: Abmat sit ups, straight legs
-then-
Snatch grip RDLs
8-8-8-8-8, gradually increase to a moderate weight (55/35kg)
for QUALITY, not for max weight
-then-
15 Minutes handstand skill work and practice
-then-
8 Minute AMRAP of:
4 Burpees
6 Kettlebell swings, 24/18kg
50m run
Post tabata to tabata scoreboard and total number of rounds and scaling for AMRAP.
