130103 Thursday Back to Regular Schedule!

We are back on the standard schedule as of today!  Some of you came out to the Hut and did Helen yesterday.  A few of you attended the first Strength class of 2013- which was an introduction to box squats.  The rest of you will come in today to get your first WOD of 2013 at the Hut.  Excited to see everyone and get this year going.
