28th Friday- 9am and 4pm class only

3 Rounds- each round uses the following movements (running clock)
10 Burpees
20 Hang Power Cleans (45/30kg)
30 Jumping lunges
40 KB swings (24/18kg)
50 Box jumps (20/16″)
400m run
Part 1) 3 Minute AMRAP- get as far as possible thru the movements, REST exactly 3 minutes
Part 2) 6 Minute AMRAP- get as far as possible thru the movements, REST exactly 6 minutes
Part 3) Complete ALL movements for time
