Take a look at Alex’s receiving position in this hang clean. Now look back at yesterday’s post regarding hip position in the front squat/receiving position. Go ahead- make your way through all of the notes on the GOOD position and the notes on the BAD position. Yes- you are correct, that Alex’s positioning is GOOD:)
Now complete your assignment the next time you are at the Hut- First, get a piece of chalk, then stand on the GHD (don’t stand on any of the moving parts!) and then make your notes to the stick figures on the chalkboard. This is classic teaching… call the “students” to the blackboard and get them to label a figure. And YOU don’t even have to wait to raise your hand!
