Tuesday 121218 Hang Power Isabel and Grace

You might have seen this drawing in the Hut on one of the chalkboards.  See if you can take a look at some of the pros and cons of the respective figures…  then add comments to the stick drawings on the chalkboard.  Yes, this is an interactive assignment.  Let’s get all the GOOD POINTS and the FLAWS identifies in the drawings.  Then we will take it one step further and start pointing out specific movements on athletes at the Hut to identify the GOOD POINTS and the FLAWS in movement.  This will begin today when we are receiving both snatches and cleans all day long!

Tuesday’s WOD: classes at 6 and 9am, again at 4 and 6pm.  Foundations class at 8am.

15 minutes to work up to a heavy 1 rep snatch
-then: Hang Power Snatch Isabel (30 reps) at 60% of heaviest snatch
rest 5 minutes
10 minutes to work up to a heavy 1 rep clean and jerk
-then: Hang Power Clean and jerk Grace (30 reps) at 60% of heaviest clean and jerk
