400m run
30 box jumps (20/16″)
30 wall ball shots (20/14#)
Partner work rest, 1 minute ON/1 minute OFF
Resting partner picks up mid rep/run at the exact location/position of the working partner.
“Switch” occurs every minute, on the sound of the horn.
