Monday 121016 Running and Bending

It is going to be a HOT week in Malibu… the Santa Ana winds have already started blowing hot from the north.  Get ready to sweat it out this week.  Make an extra effort to stay hydrated throughout the day and also post-WOD.  BRING YOUR OWN WATER BOTTLE to the Hut.  You can leave it here.
We had a few CFM member at the Santa Monica 5k race earlier in the month.  CFMalibu kids did a great job- Jane placed 5th in her 14-19 year old group, Odin and Hunter both ran the entire way and finished in under 30 minutes… that is great all!  Their parents- Mike and Wendy and Dan also went the distance… Nanette and Tyr were there at the finish line.

New OnRamp group begins Monday at 7pm… know anyone interested?

New Series of Kids classes begins on Thursday at 3:15- the weekly class runs for 7 weeks.

Monday WOD: class times at 7, 9, 10am and again at 4 and 5pm.  Strength class at 6pm (7pm OnRamp)

800m run
45 Banded Good Mornings (2″)
15 Toes to bar
