Friday WOD: class times at 7, 9, 10am and again at 3 and 5pm.  
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
In round one, do 1 push up, 1 squat, 1 power clean (60/40kg),

In round two, do 2 push ups, 2 squats, 2 power cleans,

Continue by adding a rep each round until time is completed.
Post number of total rounds and extra reps to chalkboards/journals.
