Monday 120820 Tech/Ten-to-one WOD

Lots of great participation on the Saturday competition WOD- while it is too late to do the WODs, you can still register and post your scores to www.throwdownseries.com

We are hoping to place in at least one category… but we won’t know the results until mid-week… which will be just in time for the Deadlift/BBQ/Movie Night at the Hut.  Be sure to put it on your calendar:

BBQ begins DURING the 6pm WOD… so BYOMeat… we will have set-ups, drinks and fire.  You bring the rest.
This will also be a “final hurrah” for KQ- who will be moving away in the coming weeks.  See you there!

Max DUs after 100 burpees… tough way to finish off a 3 WOD morning.


Monday’s WOD: 7, 9, 10am and again at 4 and 5pm.  Strength class at 6pm.

20 minutes work on hang clean technique

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time of:
DB Floor Presses 50/30#
Single DB Snatch (mix R/L within each set, ex: 10=5R/5L)
Abmat Situps
Post time and scaling to journals/chalkboard.
