Friday 120810 Some Heavy Stuff

John, foreground, comes to us from not so far away (he is from right here in SoCal) and Darryl, to his left, hails from South Africa.  Actually, that makes Darryl the second native-born African in our midst!  They are both new to CFM… say HI to them when you meet- help them find equipment, orient them to our environment, share with them your cigarrettes.  They are now one of you.  And while the Readers’ Poll isn’t closed until the 24th… I think we likely have a lock on that one… but in case you still need to vote… click HERE.

500m row
Deadlift, 20 reps
Clean, 15 reps
Deadlift, 10 reps,
Clean, 5 reps
400m run
Post loads and time to journals/chalkboard.

  1. Similar to the 60# dumb bells i was lugging around Wednesday. Where is your brand Seavey Man. Because those DBs aren’t for me….
