Monday 120625 Barbell Two-Rounder

A beautiful weekend… that saw a great kickoff with Yoga and Beach WOD down at Zuma early Saturday morning.  We are channeling more REAL summer beach weather for the upcoming week.  And it looks like you all have been praying devoutly to the wod-god… because this week’s WODs are going to be for REAL too.  (Now how about some surf!)
Thursday Nite CrossFit Malibu Open Part III- 5-7:30pm… then out dinner to follow, YEAH!
Eyes closed, channeling some power from somewhere deep.
Monday’s WOD: classes at 7, 9, 10am and 5pm.  Max Effort Strength 6pm.  OnRamp at 7pm
2xOMW: abmat situps/supermans (2xOMW=2 minutes solid in 4×30 second couplets)

70/45kg Front Squat, 6 reps
18 Pull ups
100/70kg Deadlift, 6 reps
18 Toes to Bar
70/45kg Push Jerk, 6 reps
18 Hand release push ups
(only 1 barbell per athlete allowed, must clean weight from floor)
