Tuesday Fun 120619 Presses EMOM and Row

When was the last time you went out on a long drive?  In a convertible through the desert, on a motorcycle across country, or a motorhome through the South?  Consider a summer road trip and regardless of the vehicle, see if you can plan some stops at a CrossFit box for a training session.  It is definitely a fun way to travel, meet the locals, and gives an hour long feeling of “it’s about the journey, not the destination” that makes road trips so fun and spontaneous.  Maybe the locals will even let you sleep in their parking lot or show you the best BBQ joint!

One minute wonder-back burpees

Every minute on the minute for 5 minutes of:

Shoulder press, 2 reps  (taken from ground, not the rack!) @ 80%1rm of press

Rest exactly 3 minutes

Every minute on the minute for 5 minutes of:

Push press, 3 reps (taken from ground) using same weight as shoulder presses

Post load to chalkboard/journals.  Same load should be used across entire WOD.
500m row for time. This is a PR attempt, so rest up beforehand and GO HARD.
