One Minute Wonders…. it is a new June implementation that we will carry out through the month. After the group warm up and as we set up for the WOD, you will get 1 minute on the clock and an additional 3, 2, 1, GO and to finish the Daily 1 minute as many reps of possible of X. That X might be push ups, dips, double unders, dips, handstandpush ups, seconds of L Sit, etc. The idea is to go as Rx as possible… then write your results on the board. Just another way to consistently work on some skills and movements within the hour… these single minutes will “do wonders” for improvement!

70/45kg Deadlift, 12 reps
70/45kg pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
70/45kg pound Push jerk, 6 reps
