Friday 120511 CF "Partial"

CrossFit Total is a strength WOD where you total the sum of your max lifts across 3 attempts of the back squat, shoulder press and deadlift.  Today we will test one rep max strength on only 2 of those movements; the back squat and the press.  Therefore- we are doing CrossFit Partial.  You will get 5 attempts to 1RM each of these lifts.  Fight for it…Go heavy!
