Saturday morning classes- good time for NewComers to experience CFM.
8:30am yoga and 10am Team WOD
Sunday morning Trail Race/Run
5.2 miles on an out and back single track trail from Kanan. Drive north of the first tunnel and park in the lot on the west side of the street at Newton Canyon. Easy to find on google maps… easy to find in ‘real life.’ Please try and arrive at 840am or so. I would like to begin the race/run at 9am sharp… if you are planning on running the entire distance and you are a 9-10 minute miler or slower- you are HIGHLY encouraged to arrive even earlier to start running at 8:40am. I will be there at 8:30. You do NOT have to run the entire distance, in fact, many will choose to go out for 30 minutes and then return with on a ‘negative split.’ You are encouraged to bring at least a small water bottle. Wear whatever you like to use for 5k runs… perhaps bring a light sweatshirt or long sleeved shirt. Breakfast (at Kristie’s) to follow.
