Donny was a student in the Pepperdine CrossFit PE class during the fall semester. He was not in tip-top physical condition when he started the semester, but he worked hard in every WOD. He got psyched up enough to do the local Malibu Spartan race in November, despite the fact that he still wasn’t too confident about his running. He powered thru the race and the remainder of the semester. During winter break he joined up with CrossFit FAST in Agoura Hills, then came down to the Hut to join us in January. Now everyone knows Donny as that strong Pepperdine kid that does well in every WOD. You’ve worked hard Donny… and the results speak for themselves! Donny will be absent from CFM for the summer months…. and we will be happy to see him back in September.
