Congrats to Steph, Stephanie, Julie, Julia, Sam, Carissa, and Monique- finishing up their OnRamp post-test WOD on Wednesday night. Their final class as “OnRampers” is on Saturday… and then they will be dropping on and training with YOU in group classes. Exciting way to start out the month of April.
Remember to get out and make it to YOGA on Saturday morning at 8:30am…then if you like you can also make it to the 10am Team WOD.
Friday’s classes: 7, 9, 10am and again at 3 and 5pm.
