Here we go for the final Open WOD, 12.5. Most important- Dinner following the BIG EVENT!
After all the speculation: they programmed the SAME EXACT final WOD that they ended on in last year’s competition. The fun part about this is that we can compare our performances with last year’s final WOD. And let me highlight one of our examples: LEE. Last year he completed a total of 3 reps for this WOD. He got all 3 first round thrusters in plenty of time…. but did not YET have chest to bar pull ups. Well, YESTERDAY Lee got his first legit, competition standard chest to bar pull up*. SO Lee is simply going to crush his last year’s score. Right Lee?!

*Lee’s secret for his first C2B… he did a CHIN UP… and it worked!
