Yet another FUN night at the Hut as the Open continues on with some heavier stuff. Again, we have looked at a light and fast one and now a heavier one… as we set our sights on that fated 5pm announcement next Wednesday night. Remember that there is still time to do 12.2 if you haven’t done so. Speak with Scott and Ollie about getting in early on Saturday morning before the start of the 10am Team WOD.
As for today…This is a GREAT day to go hard! Some strength limitations held many of us to a less than all out performance last night… and likely you are ready to hit this Friday WOD hard.

10 Handstand push ups (make this a struggle… no easy scaling here today)
100/75kg deadlift, 20 reps
30 Double unders (again… suffer a little through this…. no default to singles so easily!)
