Well, the opener to the CrossFit Games is pretty darn INCLUSIVE (see Thursday WOD 12.1 below)! That is, as long as you can stand up from a lying down position, get up, and jump 6 inches. This should give extra encouragement to EVERYONE not already signed up to compete. Get psyched up now- over 55,000 people are already signed up, now it is your turn… go ahead and register here
Thursday… you can complete this WOD in any of the scheduled classes… but it is really exciting to compete with the big group in the evening. Evening schedule looks something like this:
5pm- start showing up, 5:30pm big group briefing of the WOD, first heat goes off at 5:45pm and continues in heats of 4-5 people until about 7pm…. followed by dinner and the first of 5 weeks of Thursday night post-WOD celebrations.

Yesterday’s answer: Hendo, DID make that deadlift for a new PR of 115kg, GREAT work Scott. That increases his PR by about 100% in the last 7 months.
Last minute YOGA class scheduled for today at 11:30am- 12:45pm
Thursday’s WOD: class times at 6 and 9am, again at 4pm- then in the BIG class at about 5:30pm.
Complete as many reps of possible in Seven Minutes of:
-touch both hands to an object at least 6″ above reach, hips and thighs touch the floor at the bottom
