Wednesday 120222 OHS and Sled Push

Looking forward to the announcement of the Games WOD 12.1 that is released today at 5pm!  Check it on Facebook or Crossfit.com.  An even more exciting possibility: Will there be havoc and chaos on the website?  Will it be released on time?  But REALLY, the MOST exciting… what will it be?  An AMRAP?  Super heavy or light, fast and easy?  Check in and see!

Hendo’s deadlift attempt during CFTotal last week: made or missed?

Yesterday’s answer:  Holden- in yesterday’s blog pic- DID make that deadlift!  Both Jessica and Ollie are correct- and also one for two in the contest.  So what do you think about Hendo, here?  Plates are 3-4 inches off the ground, solid set up… did he get it?

Wednesday’s WOD: class times at 7, 9, 10am and 5pm.  Strength class at 6pm with Ondrej.
Four rounds:
60/45kg Overhead Squat, 8 reps (taken from ground)
75/45kg dog sled push, 20m for time.
Rest as needed between rounds. After final rep of OHS, drop weight, move immediately to sled: 20m sled push is for time.
Post weight for OHS and times for each sled push to journals/chalkboard
