Take a look at this deadlift montage from yesterday’s WOD. We could not have planned to capture this exposition of mechanics if we tried. Elisabeth is getting into her set-up position while Alex is opening up the hips at the top. Amanda is somewhere in the middle… tough to tell if she is on the way up or down. Way to go keeping the spine neutral and rigid throughout MOST of those 21 rep rounds!
