Thursday 120209 Run and Health Lift

We are getting prepared for some ramp up and competition.  Actually, we (YOU) have been laying the foundation for this for months and months. Thursday’s WOD: class times at 6 and 9am, 4 and 6pm.
Complete as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes of:
Run 400 meters
70/50kg Deadlift, 21 reps
Post number of rounds and partial rounds and loads to journal/chalkboards.
