Lots of great movement yesterday with Games Standard push ups. Many athletes took on the challenge of going “GS” instead of modifying pushups on the knees or doing ‘kipping’ push ups. While the number of reps was less…. this is a great way to get STRONGER! Keep it up… and take on the challenge of Games Standards and make some big gains in February. Also take note of the “I no-rep’d myself” addition to the chalkboard. Be proud of calling yourself out and canceling a rep if you don’t deserve it due to less than ideal range of motion. This way- you can even kind of BRAG about it!

-preceded by technique work from the hang position.
