Do you remember hearing that 4 CrossFit Malibu Kids did the Spartan Sprint last month? Yes, they did the kids’ race… then they repeated the kids course, as Odin says, “14 times in a row in just 5 minutes.” And then they talked their parents in doing the full adults course too. They finished in about 75 minutes… ahead of about 50% of the adults in the race. Yesterday, just before the kids class started, Reef asked me, “so, are you gonna do Temecula?” Referring to the 8 mile Super Spartan at the end of January. Before I had a chance to answer, “We are already signed up!”
